Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging attached.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products that have been worn, damaged, altered, or are missing original tags.
  • Personal care or hygiene-related products, if applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
